Honey Crisp Fruit Shakers

There is a new healthy fruit drink! It has NO preservatives, NO added sugar and NO added flavoring. It must be kept frozen if it is to be kept to drink later. It can be thawed and refrozen with no loss in quality.

Our fruit juice, for the most part, has been steam extracted and frozen immediately after extraction with a finish juicer. Even though thinned from teh steam it is a concentrate and can be diluted many times, i.e. in its pint containers or otherwise. Each dilution gives a more refreshing drink. After 3 or 4 the flavor is still pleasant and refreshing much more so than the many artificial drinks available at your friendly Quick Stop.

The citrus and pomegranate juice have been "cold" expressed in a stainless steel hydraulic press filtered twice and allowed to separate from bitter principles overnight (the expressed juice is frozen until used).

Like the steam extracted juices, the expressed is a concentrate. It produces a very delicious and refreshing drink when allowed to thaw, kept a few minutes in a plastic bag in the sun or kept under warm water. The freshly thawed portion can be drunk or poured into separate containers and diluted later. This will satisfy your sweet tooth. The remaining core of ice is flooded with water and shook vigorously for about 10 seconds. This diluted solution is sipped or chug-a-lugged and the water refills continue until the flavor and color is no longer delightful. By this time you are refreshed and "hydrated", especially when the weather is hot.
